High output powderizers, the final step in the granulation process, takes material down to a number of optional output sizes from 5/32 to 30 mesh (4mm to 590 micron) with percentages below 30 mesh. Rubber is then separated, classified and routed to the automated bulk weighing/bagging system for packaging. Refiner Mills: Starting with a clean infeed stock from the granulator or powderizer systems (3/8" to 1/8" nominal), fine grind crackermills can produce 10 mesh through 50 mesh (2000 micron to 297 micron) output with some percentages down to 80 mesh (180 micron). Cryogenic Tunnels and Mills: Can be added to take various input sizes and produce ultra fine outputs.
