When your machine does require service or maintenance please contact us and our factory trained service technicians can assist you. We offer free-of-charge technical support over the phone. Granutech-Saturn’s factory trained service technicians know our equipment better than anyone else- capable of addressing mechanical, electrical, controls, and hydraulic problems. From preventative maintenance, to normal blade, knife and wearplate replacements, to more intensive repairs, our technicians rely on our extensive inventory of stocked parts to minimize any downtime at our customer locations.
Our technicians travel globally and can visit your facility to conduct an evaluation or perform the necessary repairs. In some cases, the best option is to perform more intensive repairs at our facility in Dallas, Texas. Our service technicians assist with this decision as well.
